Xerém Fusion Cuisine is a restaurant where you can enjoy new tendencies, essencially based on the Algarvian cuisine and carefully prepared by Chef Ezequiel Viegas that, before this new project, worked for more than 20 years in Hotel Quinta do Lago.
Besides providing you a new experience of tastes that merges the most modern cooking techniques with the tradition of a region that is so rich n natural products, both from the sea and the land, Xerém Fusion Cuisine restaurant offers you a unique, calm and involving ambience distinctive because of its rustic and typical decoration.
Some highlights of our concept:
:: Sardine fillets roasted with oregano and “fleur de sel” over regional bread toasts with olive cream and a small gazpacho. :: Black pig spicy sausages grilled with maize bread.
:: Regional tomato soup with crumbed egg, olive oil toasts and coriander.
:: Sautéed prawns with sliced garlic and “piri-piri”, flamed with cognac and served with toasted bread.
:: John Dory fish fillets, with bread stew of tomato, prawns and wedge clams. :: Argentinian Tenderloin, over a crust of aromas, cooked with purple onion, smoked ham and goat cheese. Served with sweet potato “gratin” and reserve red wine sauce perfumed with tarragon.
